We are pleased to announce some new features in your HarmonySite....
1. Member Database
A limited view of your member database is now available on the App. Your members can now...
- Browse your member database, accessing the contact details of each member
- Click a phone number to call the member
- Click an email address to email the member
- View a Google map of their address
- View any of your site’s “member groupings”
Note that this feature is only enabled for your members if your HarmonySite is already configured to allow members to view the details of other members. You can change that configuration option yourselves, if desired.
2. Tags
Only applicable to Barbershop choruses, specifically ones that already have a "TAGS" icon on their main Members screen
Just like the "Song Library" icon, but for tags (a "tag" is the "coda" of a Barbershop song). This icon simply shows a list of the tags your group sings, just like the songs from the Song Library. It allows you to open the sheet music, listen to learning tracks, etc.
And several other improvements
- Such as support for multi-day events in the Calendar.
